A multitude of awards after a fantastic match in Kiel! (video)

It was a great show! A match that undoubtedly deserves the name “Match of the Week”, of the first matchweek of the 2019/2020 Champions League.

After the meeting, a lot of awards were given to the players of our team. Andreas Wolff, our goalkeeper, received as many as three, finding recognition from EHF TV journalists in the category of the best defense of the matchweek and found himself in the best seven of the first round of the Velux EHF Champions League. In the list of the best goalkeeper parades there were as many as two interventions (!) of the new goalkeeper of the yellow-white-and-blues.

Among the TOP5 of awarded goals of the previous matchweek was also a hit from Uladzislau Kulesh, who beat THW Kiel’s goalkeeper  with a powerful throw from the hip at the end of the match.
