There is a very good chance that on Tuesday, 29 October, during the match with MMTS Kwidzyn, we will see Branko Vujović and Daniel Dujshebaev on the court. Both players have recently been training in full swing with the rest of the PGE VIVE Kielce team and are ready to play. The away match of the 9th series of the PGNiG Superliga will start at 18:00. It will be broadcast on TVP Sport from 17:30.

The right playmaker had bad luck and didn’t play in any official PGE VIVE Kielce match this season, he only took part in the pre-season sparring matches. First the Montenegrin broke his nose, and when the season began and he was able to train normally with his team, he suffered an injury to his ankle joint. Both injuries happened to the quarterback at practice. Initially, damage to the Achilles tendon was suspected, but fortunately it turned out that the injury isn’t as serious. After a few weeks of rehabilitation, Branko will be entered in the match protocol for the first time today.

Daniel Dujshebaev tore off his cruciate ligament and damaged his meniscus in January this year during the World Cup. The player underwent knee surgery in Madrid and after a few weeks returned to Kielce, where he was rehabilitated for many months.

Now Dani is at full disposal, trains with the team and the muscle deficit has been eliminated. The player is ready to start the game in contact with the opponent – says the club physiotherapist, Tomasz Mgłosiek.

Daniel will also be entered into the protocol of today's match with Kwidzyn.

Igor Karacić should be back in the game any day now. The playmaker suffered an injury in the match against Orlen Wisła Płock at the beginning of October.

It was a rib contusion near the breastbone – explains Tomasz Mgłosiek  – A small swelling appeared, which was compressing nerve endings and giving Igor painful symptoms. From a medical point of view, it was not a dangerous injury that would threaten his health, but it was very painful. During the break for national call-ups, Igor participated in sessions with the rest of the team, had discomfort, but did not report any problems.

However, we will have to wait longer for Mateusz Jachlewski, who in July underwent a reconstruction of the rim of the hip joint and is still undergoing rehabilitation.

Two weeks ago we started running training, everything is going according to plan, even Mateusz is surprised that it is going so smoothly – smiles Tomasz Mgłosiek – his hip doesn't hurt, everything looks good, I think that in a month we will see him in some elements of training sessions with the team.

Probably the winger will not be able to play in any match until the end of this year and will return to the court only after the break for EHF EURO 2020.

Tomasz Gębala will wait even longer for his debut in yellow-white-and-blue colors. The playmaker is undergoing rehabilitation in Gdańsk after a cruciate ligament rupture. Due to the fact that this is not the first injury to Tomek's knee, in his case no risks should be taken.

We envisage a nine-month rehabilitation period, counting from the operation – says Tomasz Mgłosiek – We have to be very careful, there is a number of medical examinations ahead of us, which will tell us whether the player will be ready to play. There is a very high probability that Tomek will be seen on the court as late as in the 2020/21 season.
